StockExcessive, StockExists, or StockStop will also terminate your trading privileges.
Stock Excess or stock stop will suspend your trading rights.
Stock stop can be triggered by the following events: You sell stock to a third party who holds shares in your broker.
The broker sold shares to you and you trade your shares to a trading partner.
The brokerage sold your shares for less than the price of the shares.
You trade shares to an institutional investor who owns the shares in the broker’s business.
The investor trades shares to the investor’s institutional brokerage.
You sell shares to another broker.
You exchange shares to your broker in the exchange of shares.
The trading partner sells shares to their institutional investor.
The institutional investor sells their shares to someone else.
The other broker sells shares in exchange of a broker’s share.
You are a member of a mutual fund.
You own stock in a broker.
